Food Preparation & Nutrition encourages students to design and make a range of products that develop a range of high end manufacture skills and develop creativity. Students will follow a range of design and manufacture briefs that further develop design, analysis and manufacture skills in preparation for industry. Over the two years students will cover the 5 key topics through a range of mini projects: To gain the GCSE qualification, students complete the following assessments:KS4 Food Technology
