The School Day

8:25am  – 8:50am         Student Registration / Tutorial / Act of Worship / Collective Worship
8:50am  – 9:50am         Period 1
9:50am  – 11:20am       Period 2 / split with staggered Break
11:20am – 12:20pm      Period 3
12:20pm – 1:50pm        Period 4 / split with staggered Lunch
1:55pm – 2:55pm          Period 5
2:55pm – 3:55pm          Period 6*

* This additional study period that runs from 2:55pm until 3:55pm is for Year 10, 11 and Sixth Form students. Year 10 and 11 students will have intervention and enrichment, Sixth Form students will have timetabled lessons. There is an expectation that Year 10, 11 and Sixth Form students will remain behind for this period when it is scheduled.

Before school, breakfast is available in the Dining Hall from 7:45am to 8:15am.  Supervised access to the Learning Resource Centre is available to students from 8:00am until 8:20am and again after school, from 2:55pm until 4:00pm. Other after school clubs run until 4:30pm.

Students may be asked to remain behind after school for up to 15 minutes if they need to speak to staff. If a student needs to remain behind for periods longer than 15 minutes, the School will inform Parents/Carers.
