Student Wellbeing
At St Marys’ we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of every student within a school community where students feel safe, valued and are able to thrive both academically and socially.
An extensive range of support is offered to ensure that students enjoy a positive school experience. This support includes:
- Pastoral teams to oversee student welfare
- Specialist Student Managers to track student progress and provide pastoral guidance and reassurance
- Comprehensive transition programmes at key stages of student development
- Targeted classroom support and interventions to maximise student learning and progress
- Social, emotional or behavioural support
- A dedicated Student Centre and team of specialised support staff
- Strong home school partnerships
