Who should you contact? At St Mary’s CE High School our preferred form of contact is email. We also employ a team of support staff to be the first port of call for any phone queries or concerns during the school day whilst our teachers are teaching.

To email a member of staff please contact admin@st-maryshigh.herts.sch.uk or the member of staff directly. Please state in the subject line who you wish to contact, and the nature of the enquiry.

If you have a general enquiry please call school reception on 01992 629124 which is open from 8.00am Monday-Friday and closes at 4.00pm Monday-Thursday and 3.45pm on Fridays. Out of office hours it is possible to leave a message on the school’s answerphone.

We will aim to respond to parents/carers within two working days from receipt of communication during term time.

To report your child absent from school, please call the Student Absence line on 01992 412643 to leave a clear voicemail, or email the Attendance Officer on attendance@st-maryshigh.herts.sch.uk.

To report your absence as a member of school staff, please call the Staff Absence line before 7.30am on 01992 412637 to leave a clear voicemail.

For queries of a finance nature (including Parentpay and trips), please contact the Finance office on the main school number, or email finance.office@st-maryshigh.herts.sch.uk.

For staff vacancies or recruitment queries or applications please contact the HR Officer on recruit@st-maryshigh.herts.sch.uk.
