Collecting your Certificates

If you sat exams last summer, the School will contact you to let you know when your certificates have arrived and when they are available for collection.

Any certificates from a previous exam season that we may still have, can be collected during term time when the School Reception is open, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Certificates may be collected by you, a family member, or a friend. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, you will need to confirm this in writing.

If you cannot collect your certificates, they can be posted to you for a charge (at the current Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For rate).

Please be aware that we do not retain certificates that are more than four years old.

Replacement Certificates

We do not offer a replacement certificate service. You will need to contact the relevant exam board for each examination you sat.

Some exam boards no longer issue replacement certificates, but instead provide a ‘Certified Statement of Results’. This can usually be used in place of an exam certificate, for example when applying to a university.

Exam boards will require proof of identity and charge a fee, which typically ranges from £43 to £60.
