Parent Pay Cashless System

ParentPay is used by the school to make payments made by parents/carers easier and to reduce the risk to students when they are required to carry money.

Parents/carers can organise to use ParentPay so that there will be little or no need for a child to bring money to school. Currently, the only occasion when a child could need to bring money to school is to make a charity donation or to take with them on a school offsite visit.

ParentPay is an electronic system that is accessed via the ParentPay website HERE. On joining St Mary’s each child will have an account set up the details of which will be sent to parents/carers. Parents/carers then need to activate the account and can start paying for services and school equipment.

Parents/carers who do not have access to a computer

Computers in Local Libraries

Parents/Carers can access computers in local libraries (usually free of charge), and will need to have details of their ParentPay account with them (sent out by the school) and personal bank account. Users will need to use the Internet to search for the ParentPay website and then log into a personal account using personal log in details.

Parent/Carers who do not have access to a computer and/or who do not have a bank account

PayPoint

For parents/carers who do not have any access to a computer and/or who do not have a bank account, can use PayPoint. PayPoint is located in various local shops such as the Co-op. Local retailers like the Co-op operate the PayPoint terminals and they will take cash payments that can be added to a school ParentPay account.

Parents/carers who wish to use PayPoint MUST contact the School Finance Office to request a barcode printout for EACH payment made. Payments cannot be made via PayPoint unless the barcode printout is presented to the retailer.

Examples of the nearest PayPoints can be found in:
