H3/H4 (Pt5 – 9) £6088- £6490 pa

We are looking for resourceful and conscientious technology technician to support our Technology teachers to start in January 2024.  Candidates will need to be computer literate and willing to be taught how to use technology machinery related to Computer Aided Design. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. This is an important role that adds to the quality of provision for students and that is essential for the smooth operation of the Teaching & Learning Area.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, work independently as well as a team member, and be able to pay attention to detail.

Full-Time 37 hours per week (Fortnightly alternating shift pattern of 6.30am to 3pm/2.30pm and 10am/10.30am to 6.30pm during term-time)

We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, self-motivated, flexible person to work within the Site Team providing effective and efficient site services including building security, cleaning, porterage, minor repairs and maintenance.  Ideally, you will have either experience of similar premises work or relevant practical DIY skills but these are not essential.

The successful applicant must take pride in their work and be committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all users of the site. You need to be able to communicate in a friendly and effective manner and to support other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for the students at the school. Good team working is essential as well as the ability to work alone using your initiative.

An ICT technician is required to join our ICT Support Team. Responsibilities of this post include assisting the ICT Manager in all aspects of management of the school’s extensive computer network. You will support the use of ICT throughout the school and knowledge or experience of ICT equipment, software and Management Information Systems is essential.

In addition, you must be organised, accurate and logical and have good interpersonal skills with adults and young people.

H3 (5-6) Actual Salary £14,000 – £14,244 pa (for 5 days, 27.5 hours a week, term time only (approximately 38 weeks a year).

You will work as part of the Inclusion Team supporting teachers with the provision of high quality teaching to make sure all students can make good progress in their learning. Ideally you will have experience of working with and motivating children and young people, preferably including those with a range of learning, emotional and/or behaviour needs. You will support with healthcare plans.  There is a requirement for awareness of the need to work at all times to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
